生产线工作原理和特点：

1）工人将整批直管放入缩管机料仓

2）缩管机进行缩管作业完成后自动下料至推弯机料仓

3）推弯机上料机将管件头尾相连进行连续的推弯作业

4）工人将完成圆形管件放入钻孔和自动冲孔机进行作业

5）节省人工2-3两人，同时工人的劳动强度降低

6）伺服推弯机推园精度高，屏幕数字控制圆管半径

Working principle and characteristics of production line:

1) Workers put the whole batch of straight tubes into the bin of the shrinking machine

2) After the tube shrinking machine completes the tube shrinking operation, it will automatically feed to the pusher bender silo

3) The feeder of the push bending machine connects the head and tail of the pipe to carry out continuous push bending operations

4) The worker puts the finished round pipe into the drilling and automatic punching machine for operation

5) Save 2-3 people and reduce labor intensity

6) The servo push bending machine has high push garden precision, and the screen digitally controls the radius of the tube
