自动生产线主要指标和特点：

1）一台川崎机器人为两台CNC50-5A-2S弯管机进行自动上料和下料；

2）两台自动上料机（两台弯管机做不同的管型管件，需要配置两台自动上料机）；

3）自动焊缝检测，管件弯曲时固定焊缝朝向；

4）管件长度范围：400-1500

5）管径范围：16-30

6）管件材质：铁管或铝管

7）总控系统自适应伺服两台弯管机的加工节拍；

8）自动上料机仓储管件250根左右；
